Where is the screwdriver tool to adjust my Neo band?

There are some Neo bands that will not come the adjustment tool. We began offering the screwdriver tool to reattach the clasp with our Neo bands as a marketing test. The response from the field was overwhelmingly positive, and we made the decision to include the screwdriver in all our Neo orders going forward. However, there is existing inventory from before the marketing test which does not have have the tool. Your order may have been fulfilled from this preexisting inventory.Neo bands that arrive without the screwdriver tool are not defective, nor are they returns or missing the tool. Similar inexpensive eyeglasses or jewelry screwdrivers are available at most drug or convenience stores. A paper instruction insert should be included to adjust the Neo band length. The Burn bands are non-adjustable. | |
