How do I cancel an order that has already been processed?

|The Flexship agreement states that you must contact us 48 hours prior to your Autoship generation date. The Flexship is for Saturday but it will process the Friday before. This means that you should contact us by Wednesday with the latest being on Thursday prior to 6:00 PM CST to cancel the Flexship. If your order has already shipped, you will be responsible to return the product to Alovéa in order to be refunded.|
