How do I return product?

If you wish to return your product for a refund, please be advised that per Alovéa Policies and Procedures, Alovéa cannot accept returns for orders past 30 days. If you'd like to return an order within 30 days of purchase, please call Alovéa Member Services at 888-280-9555. You will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code, as well as the address to return your products. You will be responsible for shipping fees, and a restocking fee will be assessed. It is recommended that you use a carrier that can provide a tracking number, since Alovéa does not refund lost or damaged product. Please contact us and  provide tracking number(s) from the carrier  once the product is confirmed delivered. This will allow us to expedite your refund once the item has been shipped. Your refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
