Where is my order?

In your back office, on the “Order History”, you will find your order information and tracking numbers. Please track your items with our carrier for the most updated information. Domestic UPS Ground can take 3-5 business days to complete delivery. Shipping internationally can take 7-14 business days.|
If you haven’t received your order within these expected parameters or the tracking information indicates that there has been some issue with the shipment, please contact Member Services. We will determine if the order is still in transit or if it was possibly lost or damaged in transit.
