How can I cancel my Flexship?

Either contact Member Services or sign in to your back office and cancel it at Order > Manage Flexship. Flexship cancellation should take place one to two business days prior to your Flexship date. Please remember that Flexships will have a Saturday date, but it will be processed on the Friday before. The cancellation should be processed on Wednesday and no later than 6PM CST on Thursday. Any cancellations processed after your Flexship has run, that cancellation will go into affect for your next cycle. | |
