Is there a fee to cancel my Flexship?

No, there is no fee to cancel your Flexship if it is cancelled prior to the order being processed or prior to it being processed by the warehouse.

There is a $5.00 fee that the warehouse charges once an order is processed and on the truck to be shipped.

If the order does ship out, you are responsible for all incurred shipping charges and restocking fees.
