I enrolled underneath the wrong sponsor/position. What can I do?

| Please contact our Member Services Advisors at 888-280-9555 and request the 72 Hour Correction Form. If you contact us within 72 hours after the error has been made, there will be no charge. Changes made after the 72 hour period could result in a $100 charge for the correction to take place. | |
