What is the process for returning an order?

In order to return your order, please include the RMA# (which is the order # plus RMA placed in from of it) on the front of your return package and ship it to the appropriate warehouse via any carrier (i.e. UPS, USPS, FedEx) that you prefer. Always call the MSA team to alert them of your return.

Please also provide us with the tracking number of your returned package. By providing this info, the MSA team can proactively track your return and have your refund processed in a timely manner. Your refund will be less shipping and any applicable restocking fees.
