• Be of age of the majority in his or her state • Reside in the USA or US Territories or country that Evolv has officially announced is open for business • Have a valid SSN or Federal Tax ID# • Purchase an Evolv starter kit (optional in North Dakota) • Submit a properly completed Distributor Application and Agreement to Evolv either hard copy or online format. | |
