How much milk is in Alovéa Shake?

The milk is coming from the whey protein which is a by-product of making cheese from cows milk. Whey is left over when milk coagulates and contains everything that is soluble from milk. There are 9.7g of whey protein in each serving of the Alovéa Shake. The remainder of the protein is from rice and pea proteins. | |
