How do I get help with general information?

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Orders are delivered within 3-7 business days via UPS ground.

 

Why is shipping so expensive?

  1. Shipping cost is determined by weight and distance. The distance is determined by how far away you live from the nearest Distribution Center. 
  2. There is also a handling fee associated with shipping.

 

Why does it say that I am not qualified? 

  1. Not qualified could mean you do not have the required personal volume points of 75 PV.
  2. Not qualified could mean that you do not have an active autoship with 75 PV.
  3. Not qualified could mean that you do not have an active Right or Left leg from your personal team “genealogy” with the required personal volume points of 75 PV.
  4. Not qualified could mean that your Pay Team leg does not have the minimum requirement of 300 binary volume points “BV”.

 

When do I need to update or cancel my autoship so that I am not charged or the correct product ships out?

Autoships are processed the Friday before your autoship date and any changes will need to be placed at least 24-48 hours before that Friday.  Ex, if your autoship is set for Saturday, August 29, we will make the first attempt to process your autoship on Friday the 28.  Any changes will need to be made by that Wed or Thur, Aug 26 or 27 to ensure the autoship was cancelled and/or the correct product was sent.

 

What is the difference between hitting 2K and 2K club?

  1. Predominantly both have the same requirements but with 2K club you will also need 500 QV points on both your right and left legs.
  2. 2K club will award you with the $200.00 bonus.

 

What is your return policy?

  1. Evolv offers a 100% 30 day money back satisfaction guarantee (less shipping) to all customers on their first product purchase only.  The purchaser, at their own expense, may return to Evolv any unused and unopened product and receive a 100% refund of the purchase price of the returned product (if returning the remaining unused product that is the portion that will be refunded).

Do we get paid commissions the same week that we earn it?

No…commissions are paid one week in arrears.  Ex, the commission cycle that ends Friday, August 28, 2015 will be paid on Friday, September 4, 2015.
