How do I get help with general information?
How long will it take for my order to be delivered? Orders are delivered within 3-7 business days via UPS ground.
Why is shipping so expensive?
Why does it say that I am not qualified?
When do I need to update or cancel my autoship so that I am not charged or the correct product ships out? Autoships are processed the Friday before your autoship date and any changes will need to be placed at least 24-48 hours before that Friday. Ex, if your autoship is set for Saturday, August 29, we will make the first attempt to process your autoship on Friday the 28. Any changes will need to be made by that Wed or Thur, Aug 26 or 27 to ensure the autoship was cancelled and/or the correct product was sent.

What payment methods do you offer for commissions?
Do we get paid commissions the same week that we earn it? No…commissions are paid one week in arrears. Ex, the commission cycle that ends Friday, August 28, 2015 will be paid on Friday, September 4, 2015.
