Can I process an order outside of the Flexship schedule?

Yes, you can process an order outside of the Flexship schedule, but please note that when an order is processed outside of your Flexship schedule it does not automatically push out your next Flexship date. You will need to inform Member Services by sending an email to info@alovea.com or call 888-280-9555 if you would like your Flexship date changed. \You can also change it in your back office at the Order tab, then click Manage Autoship.
